Ich muss ein großes Lob für die Entwicklung der Software "C-Diary" aussprechen! Ich habe in 24 Jahren schon sehr viele Diabetes- Programme ausprobiert, aber dieses Programm ist ein richtiger "Geheimtipp"! Ich möchte einfach mal ein Feedback geben, denn - es gibt sie wirklich... die User, die mit Freude ihre Daten in dieses Programm eingeben, und sich an der Geschwindigkeit sowie an dem durchdachten Konzept erfreuen! Einfach Top!!! Schon als ich SiDiary vor Jahren auf dem PC und USB- Stick nutzte, war ich von diesem recht übersichtlichen Programm begeistert. Als ich dann SiDiary auf dem Handy als Java- Version benutzte, war ich sehr zufrieden. Aber Ihr Programm übertrifft es deutlich. Schneller und einfacher kann man Tagebucheinträge auf einem Handy wohl nicht durchführen. Das ist für mich jetzt die erste Möglichkeit, dauerhaft und lückenlos meine BZ- Daten mit einer ungebrochenen Motivation einzugeben. Mein Arzt ist erfreut, und ich bin stolz auf mich - dank der Hilfe von C-Diary.

Für C-Diary gibt es von mir ein ausschließlich postives Feedback: Lizenzschlüssel erhalten, eingegeben und alles funktioniert tadellos. Das Programm erfüllt mir einen lang gehegten "Herzenswunsch". Papiertagebücher habe ich eigentlich schon zu Beginn meiner Therapie (vor ca. 3 Jahren) abgelehnt, aber diese auf's Handy zu verlagern, gibt dem ganzen einen neuen Reiz. Zwar konnte ich das Programm erst im Rahmen der 13-Demo-Einträge testen, aber ich bin jetzt schon davon überzeugt, dass es meine Diabetes-Therapie wesentlich verbessern wird. Insbesondere die graphische Darstellung und der schnelle Überblick über die Tagesdurchschnittswerte haben für mich eine enorme Disziplinierungsfunktion. Dabei haben Sie es geschafft, dass so ziemlich alle wichtigen Funktionen enthalten sind, dass Programm aber trotzdem blitzschnell läuft und praktisch ständig aktiv sein kann (ich nutze Symbian 3rd V.; Nokia C5). Und dass die Synchronisation mit SiDiary und SiDiary-Online auf wunderbare Weise vollkommen problemlos funktioniert, setzt dem ganzen die Krone auf. Mein Fazit: Das Wörtchen "App" stand bei mir bisher für Spielereien und Zeitvertreib, C-Diary ist aber ein ausgereiftes, nützliches und in Verbindung mit SiDiary umfassendes Auswertungsprogramm, das jedem insulinpflichtigen Diabetiker uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden kann. Mein Handy erfüllt nun zwei Hauptaufgaben: Diabetes-Tagebuch und Telefonieren.

Ich bin von Ihrem Programm immer noch äußerst begeistert. Dateneingabe, der Upload und auch die Auswertung funktionieren extrem gut. Und was mir besonders gefällt: Das Programm ist nicht unnötig aufgeblasen.

I like to use it because it contains all applications I use with the desktop PC as well.
Simply said: weeXpc provides what you ever wanted on a mini computer.
The simple to use manual of HERMOCOM how to install weeXpc helps beginners and professionals step by step. The big advantage is that it comments the output of the Sharp Zaurus so that you know if you did everything well.
The customer service of HERMOCOM is excellent. Short time after transmitting my purchase order weeXpc had been delivered.
Some questions regarding the weeXpc had been replied by eMail very quickly. A problem with a 4 GB SD-card had been solved immediately. HERMOCOM is very interested to get feedback. I feel that my own experience helps to improve products and services.

Im September 2008 kaufte ich weeXpc von HERMOCOM, ein Linux basiertes Betriebssystem für meinen Sharp Zaurus SL C1000.
Ich nutze es gerne, da es alle Anwendungen besitzt, die ich auch auf meinem Desktop PC verwende.
Einfach gesagt: weeXpc bietet alles, was man sich auf einem Mini-Computer immer wünschte.
Die einfache Bedienungsanleitung von HERMOCOM zur Installation von weeXpc hilft gleichfalls Anfängern wie Profis Schritt für Schritt. Der große Vorteil ist, daß die Anleitung kommentiert, was der Sharp Zaurus während der Installation ausgibt. So weiß man, ob alles korrekt gemacht wurde.
Der Kundenservice von HERMOCOM ist exzellent. Kurze Zeit nach Bestellung wurde weeXpc bereits geliefert.
Fragen zu weeXpc wurden sehr schnell von HERMOCOM beantwortet. Ein Problem mit der 4G SD-Karte wurde sofort gelöst. HERMOCOM ist sehr an einem Feedback interessiert. So wird vermittelt, daß die eigene Erfahrung in die Verbesserung von Produkten und Services gelangt.

Ich kann HERMOCOM sehr empfehlen.

I bought a Zaurus in 2007 after many happy years with various Psions. I need to have a means of holding the business information I use on a day to day basis when away from my office without having to carry a laptop. I prefer to use a thumb keyboard so the Zaurus was the ideal solution. It came with the Figlabs English conversion which although was more than adequate was not using the machine to it's full potential. Then I discovered the weeXpc installation by Hermocom and sent the Zaurus to be converted. The service was excellent with a rapid turnaround back from Germany to the UK.

After some months of use I managed to corrupt some of the program files on the hard drive and in trying to resolve the problem probably made the situation worse!

Daniel Hertrich of Hermocom came to the rescue after an e-mail for help by sending an upgraded rescue package on a DVD with clear instructions for a non-linux user. The Zaurus is back in service once again. I cannot praise the Zaurus, the weeXpc distribution and the service from Hermocom too highly.

My only surprise is that the Zaurus with it's wide range of useful software is not more widely used.

I am a software engineer and have been searching for a small (pocket sized) device that would run Linux and enable me to both develop software on-board as well as perform basic day-to-day tasks such as writing e-mails, reading web sites, etc.
I purchased my Zaurus SL C3200 a few months ago and was fairly happy with the operating system that it shipped with, but it didn’t quite do everything I wanted, and was, at times, unstable.
I stumbled upon the weeXpc site and was immediately interested in their operating system; the screen shots looked very impressive.
I contacted Daniel Hertrich at Hermocom asking for further details on the operating system and received a response the next day.
Daniel supplied the DVD with the software, explained the installation process in a simple to follow readme document and even supplied an additional CF card with the installation files already setup for me.
The installation was extremely simple; the automated script did almost everything for me, and one hour after starting the process, my Zaurus was updated with weeXpc.
I have given most of the applications supplied a test, seeing just how stable the operating system is…I am very impressed. The user interface is clean and easy to use; it moves away from the traditional PDA look and gives the Zaurus a powerful mobile laptop look and feel.
This has been a very pleasant experience, the level of service I received from Daniel and Hermocom was fantastic and the quality of their software is second to none.
Congratulations to everyone at Hermocom for a great job in turning the Zaurus into the perfect mobile computing device. I recommend Hermocom to anyone looking to get the most out of their Zaurus.
