The Viliv N5 is a powerful Microsoft Windows 7 powered "Palmtop" device, very similar form factor as the HP 200LX (i.e. truly pocketable), equipped with

built-in GPS receiver

Wireless connectivity built-in: Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi
1024 x 600 pixel TFT touchscreen

full high-quality QWERTY keyboard
typical 4-5 hours of usage per battery charge, can be enhanced, with proper energy saving options, to a lot more (even 10 hours is possible!)
